Size Specific Tubing - Each frame tube is designed with strength and shape characteristics in specific areas. As different frame sizes require different tube sizes, Rocky engineers each tube specifically for each frame so as not to compromise a smaller frame with a cut version of a longer tube. One size does not fit all.

RMB QA - Each step of the building process is documented within an ISO process and a record of who worked on it is kept to ensure manufacturing excellence.

Wet Paint - In-house technique used on aluminum, scandium and carbon frames - a light-weight industry leading finish with endless creative possibilities.

Hand Masked - Hand-detailing process on both wet painted and powder coated frames that result in a spectacular Rocky only finish.

Carbon - Extremely strong and light composite material used in the construction of several high performance Rocky frames.

Wheeltech - Wheels built, laced, tuned, and stress tested in house for a stronger, longer-lasting wheel - the toughest in-house wheels on a production bike for the last 20 years.
