Purchasing A Bike
Our policy is not to sell bikes online; we do not just sell bikes but a passion that needs care and attention. This also complies with some of our supplier's terms and conditions, plus we want to be able to continue our service to our customers especially if any warranty issues arise. Remember your contract is with us and not our suppliers so it is our responsibility to look after our customers. Further more it is not our responsibility to look after warranties on brands we sell purchased elsewhere, we will always try to sort out customers problems and co-ordinate with the suppliers but will charge for our time accordingly.

Making A Purchase
This could not be easier. Simply browse our catalogue and choose any item you require by adding it to your cart by either pressing "add to cart", or by dragging the item to the shopping cart on the right hand side of the screen. You will be shown what is in your cart after each selection, alternatively you can return to your cart any time during your shopping experience to change , remove or add further products. When you have finished proceed to the checkout where you will be sent to Paypals website to complete your purchase. It is of benefit to sign up as a customer as this will give you access to our newsletter, special offers, loyalty discounts, pre sale notices. Now the hard part payment, we use a secure payment method: which accepts most major credit cards.

Handling
All orders are carefully picked and packed from our on-site warehouse. Every item is inspected for quality, double checked for accuracy and then carefully packaged and prepared for shipment.
Shipping and Handling Policies
Regular Ground Shipping
For Canada and the US: UPS or Canada Post Mail, allow up to 10 business days.
Overnight Delivery
Via UPS. Orders received by 4:00 pm PST are shipped the same day (in stock items only). Saturday deliveries incur an additional $10 surcharge. Orders placed for next day delivery after 4:00 pm EST on Thursday will not be delivered until the following Monday.
Separate charges apply to Overweight items like bicycles, bike carriers, trainers and workstands.
International Orders
Shipping & handling for all International Orders varies. Please contact Customer Service by phone at 1-780-435-2674 or by E-mail at info@redbike.ca for more information or questions.
Returns
redbike aims to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience, but just in case there is a problem, we gladly offer returns and exchanges. If you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in its original form (unused, with packaging) within 15 business days of receiving your order for a full refund, less shipping costs. If you have decided to return your merchandise anytime after 15 days, you may do an exchange, or we will be more than happy to give you store credit. Returns made after 15 days will be credited at the current selling price.
If you have received a damaged item, or if your order was incomplete, please notify us within 3 business days upon receiving the package. We will send you a pre-paid return label and shipping will be on us.
If at any chance you received an item that is the wrong size,color, or completely different from what you have ordered, please notify us within 3 business days to be eligible for exchange.

Return and Exchange Process
For returns and exchanges, please return the item(s) to the redbikes address.
Upon receiving the item(s) for return, it may take up to 3 -4 days for the refund to show on your billing statement. We recommend that you send your items with a tracking number or delivery confirmation to ensure safe delivery to redbike. Exchanges may take 1 to 2 weeks for complete transaction. Return processing is completed in the order they are received.
Price Match Guarantee
redbike Price Match Guarantee protects your pocket book and takes out the worry of getting the best price for your purchases. We will match our competitor’s advertised prices on items that are currently available. We will also gladly match prices on closeout and sale items as long as the products are the same model, year and are still available. If you are purchasing online, simply give us the price match information in the Notes section when you are checking out. Please include the item, the price and where you saw the price, including the URL link if it is a web site, or the edition of magazines or catalogs. Each price is subject to verification. Price Matching will delay processing and shipment of your order.
